Lewis Deep Democracy is a methodology based in Process-Oriented Psychology that helps to understand and improve personal and professional relationships. It is a method that explores the theory of group dynamics, incorporates different views into decision-making and offers tools that prevent and resolve conflict. These are critical skills needed to navigate life and work in an increasingly complex world. 

This 3-hour workshop will introduce you to a basic theory of group dynamics and give a few decision-making tools you can use immediately.

Meet the instructor: 

Lara Toensmann has lived in Istanbul since 2011. She works in the field of change management, leadership development and sustainability. Lara is a certified Lewis Deep Democracy Instructor and teaches this unique method in business, education and NGOs. She teaches Level 1, 2, 3, 4 and CoResolve and supervises new instructors across different countries (https://www.lewisdeepdemocracy.com/turkey) 

Lara has been a faculty and guest speaker at leading academic institutions including Koç University, Nyenrode Business School, ESADE Business School and University of Amsterdam.
