Dr. Idris's research focuses on small and medium-sized firms, women and refugee entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial education, with several publications in top-rated ABS journals. Dr. Xiaohan (Hannah) Wen is a versatile professional with a rich multicultural background. Originally from China, she has built her career in Turkey as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Özyeğin University since 2017. With a Ph.D. in Marketing from Koç University, her expertise lies in entrepreneurial marketing, new product development, social media marketing, and international strategies. Hannah co-founded a consulting firm that supports foreign companies entering the Turkish market, providing tailored services in market research, brand strategy, and social media marketing. She combines academic insight with hands-on business experience to offer practical entrepreneurial training and strategic consultation, bridging cultural gaps and helping businesses succeed in new markets. |
